since the day i ate the CARBON pills... which is a few days before rayer... and during promos... the doctor told me... during the period of carbon pills, do not eat or take anything with LACTOSE!!
so after a long long time... i bough my hL milk! yummy!! favret!! bought it yesty... n drank it like duh! [takkn simpan buat collection kn!] so yesty nyte had stomach cramps... brush it off as though it is like any other cramp due to not having proper meals...
so in the morning, i drank it again.. yay! guess wad? i had stomach cramps again.. though i had my meals... shyt! wth! having proper & improper meal also stomach cramp.. no no.. not the time of the month yet.. i guess im lactose intolerant.. shyt! thanx to CARBON pills... [laen kali makan arang lagi senang...
