it's still healing & recovering to be full again soon.

the freaking chair gave way while i was doing TTT(practice 2). therefore, i fell la kan! macam budak bodoh! terkejut giler!! dah la kelas penuh! kerusi roboh! saye roboh ar skali.. dah semua org terkejut.. hahahaha!! :( and NOW, my back hurts! :( haihh... lucky i dok tepi.. kalau dok kat tengah2.. hahahaha!! haih.. dah instructor tu asyik tanye, "are u ok..? sorry ar." im fine thanx.. only now my back is hurting.. :(
